The upper deck is expansive and boasts some of the most spectacular views of Salt Lake City of any home in the state.  Large furnished outdoor seating area accommodates guests.  Railing are composed of high strength glass to provide unobstructed views.

The architecture involved a sloping awning structure with angled pillars the rise close to 25ft.  Full privacy allows for time spent on the deck enjoying sunsets and breathtaking views.

The deck also has 2 inch thick glass panels built into the floor so that one can enjoy views of the pool beneath the deck.
